Landscape Architect

Position Title: Landscape Architect
Location: Chengdu (Hi-tech Zone)
Salary: 200k – 300k / per year
Responsibilities:
– To discuss landscape design ideas and landscape development direction with project manager according to owners’ requirement;
– To complete independently the project’s overall design scheme, ensuring project quality;
– To participate in all kinds of meetings related to the project, report project and solve the problems raised by Party A;
– To communicate effectively with party A and to work in short-term to location of project;
– To supervise and guide project team members to complete design with high quality, training project team members when necessary.
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or Master degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable university, majored in Landscape ArchitecturePlanningArchitecture;
– Minimum 5 years design and management experience in Landscape architecture for Senior Landscape Architecture/ Designer. Reputable company is first priority;
– Excellent design skills and professional design views with strong aesthetic and strong sense of passion for work;
– Able to use CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp proficiently, as well as hand-drawing;
– Native or fluent English language ability, basic ability in oral and written Chinese preferred.
