Art Teacher – Shanghai (REF: SHTT01)

Job Title: Art Teacher
Salary: 15,000 RMB – 20,000 RMB (negotiable) / month + benefits.
Location: Shanghai
Number of Positions: 2
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and teach at this high-end bilingual childcare center;
2. Participate in the preparation of lessons and courses, collect and maintain teaching AIDS and lesson plans;
3. Conduct professional child development assessment, and become a reliable resource for parents;
4. Provide positive and effective communication and service for parents;
5. Be responsible for the transmission of the brands image;
6. Actively assist the parent-child and marketing activities held by the center;
7. Make, purchase, clean and disinfect teaching AIDS;
8. Manage and maintain safety and health responsibility areas;
9. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an art-based subject major;
2. Internationally recognized TEFL/TESOL certification or other teaching qualifications;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills with parents and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Hold a professional qualification in early childhood courses preferred;
5. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same industry is preferred.
