Urban Planning Architect – Shanghai (REF: SHUP01)

Job Title: Urban Planning Architect
Salary: 120k – 180k (negotiable) + benefits.
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
– To discuss architect design ideas and design development direction with project manager according to owners’ requirement;
– To complete independently the project’s overall design scheme, ensuring project quality;
– To participate in all kinds of meetings related to the project, report project and solve the problems raised by Party A;
– To communicate effectively with Party A and to work in short-term to location of project;
– To supervise and guide project team members to complete design with a high quality, training project team members when necessary.
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Architecture;
– Excellent design skills and professional design views with strong aesthetic and strong sense of passion for work;
– Able to use CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp proficiently, as well as hand-drawing;
– Any nationalities are acceptable, but preference on candidates with experience in European architectural design firms.
