Senior Counselors

Location: Chengdu
Role and Responsibilities:
• Work 1-on-1 with students aged 14-17 on building their extra-curricular profile and applications
• Work alongside the Director of Education and Director of Curriculum Development to create and implement comprehensive curriculum to be used by our 200+ counselors.
• Spearhead class-based curriculum and online classes for our students (ex - developing and teaching group writing classes).
• Hire, manage, and train both part-time and full-time counselors.
Qualifications:
• Must be a good writer; fluent in English (Native or fluent Mandarin is a big plus)
• Must have experience as a teacher or writing instructor
• Must be hard-working
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in US/UK
• Admissions experience at the undergraduate or graduate level is optional, but a big bonus
• PhD and/or undergraduate teaching experience is optional, but a big bonus
Salary and Compensation:
Negotiable. Compensation depends on qualifications, but is comprised of salary and a significant incentive-based compensation. It is 20k and up monthly. Please inquire.
