Job Title: Crawler Loader Chassis Lead Designer
Salary: 800,000 – 1 MILLION RMB (negotiable)
Location: Jiangsu Province

Responsibilities：
Design the overall layout and setting overall parameters of high-speed crawler chassis;
Guide the team to design components and select core components;
Guide the team to produce prototype and solve prototype production problems;
Guide the team to do entire testing procedures, industrial assessments, etc.;
Be responsible for the formation and promotion of development team capacity.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Russian language ability required;
Proficient in the overall design of high-speed crawler loader chassis’, familiar with mechanical and electrical liquid-related expertise;
High-speed crawler chassis product design project management capabilities;
Able to assess using machine calculation, matching computing power, to improve the reliability of high-speed crawler chassis;
More than 15 years of R&D experience with high-speed tracked vehicles at internationally renowned enterprises, including R&D of products to achieve batch applications;
More than 5 years team management experience or project experience.
