We provide teachers to schools, but not only this, we also have cultural events, promote foreign businesses and provide other services too.
老外Here currently has more than 50 foreign teachers all over Sichuan and is one of the fastest growing International companies in Sichuan.
Job Description
“We are a newly constructed IB kindergarten and already finished pre-authorization by IB international organization and belong to one famous educational group in Chengdu. And now looking for an IB coordinator who has the desire to grow up together with us to become an IB authorized international kindergarten. So far there are two classes in the international department and 2 foreign teachers take care of those classes. All staff here are currently progressing with their IB relative course training.”
1. In the beginning stage the main responsibility is divided into two parts: PYP teacher and IB coordinator.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with Chinese and foreign staff to get the full authorization of IB organization.
3. Coach and manage foreign teachers here to help them grows up as a professional IB PYP teacher.
4. Set up the plan for whole international department to getting access to an authorized IB standard kindergarten.
5. Do the budget plan with Chinese principle together for schools development.
Desired Skill and Experience
- Have a good understanding of the needs of the young learners;
- Excellent communication skill;
- A love of children and teaching
- Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized;
Working days per week: 5 Days per week,
Office hour : 8:00AM-11:30AM, 14:30PM-17:30PM
Working hour : 40 hours per week
Student’s age : 2-5 years old
Class size : 20-25
Experience required : IB PYP or MYP experience, PYP experience are more preferred.
Benefits
Basic salary range : 20K/MTH – 24K/MTH
Housing allowance : 1.5K/MTH or free apartment provided
Annual air tickets allowance : 5K/CONTRACT YEAR
