Management of Teaching Staff
The Employee’s first responsibility will be to improve the quality of the foreign teacher team of by evaluating and observing the foreign teacher team and providing training developed to target areas where improvement is needed.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above.
Have Diploma/ Certificate level qualification in TESOL, TEFL or Linguistics.
At least 3 years of ESL teaching experience.
At least 2 years of teaching management experience. Be a teaching director of the same industry or have working experience in the same position. Have professional experience of teaching management, training and teaching research in English training institution.
Be passionate in education industry and have good communication skills and efficient execution.
Be role model to others in terms of teaching ability and professional conduct.
