Our management trainee program is a 6- month program that lets you get to know our organization from a variety of perspectives and gives you hands-on business execution experience.

As one of the largest and fastest growing car rental service provider in the world, we need well-trained people to assume leadership positions. This means that you will be thoroughly trained in technical knowledge, administrative and financial skills, management and Leadership.
The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to give you a strong foundation to prepare you for long-term success as a leader with Hertz China. Your training will give you a well-rounded understanding of the Hertz operation and your chosen field. The design and length of the program should ensure a strong building block from which to grow. You will continually learn and grow to ensure you will make contributions to the job and add value to our organization.
It consists of on the job experience, management skills training and coaching. You will have chance to rotate in diversified roles and key function lines of our organization from Call center, operation, to sales, marketing, key account management etc, which provide you with broad and valuable experience towards achieving a management position.
You will also have chance to work closely with our existing senior level talented leaders, they will help you develop customer-orientation, team spirit, entrepreneurship and leadership.
We promote based on performance, not seniority. So if you’re looking to move quickly, our Management Training Program is for you. We’ll take your existing knowledge and your drive to succeed, and supplement it with training that will help you climb to the top.

Who is eligible?
Senior level Management Trainee:
MBA fresh graduates or who are completing their MBA studies or have graduated in the last 2 years
Can demonstrate strong interests in pursuing a management career with Car rental business
Outstanding bilingual communication skills
Hardworking, can work under pressure
Entry level position:
Master degree fresh graduates or who are completing their postgraduate studies or have graduated in the last 2 years.
Major in economics, management, commerce preferred
Outstanding bilingual communication skills
Hardworking, can work under pressure
