Operation Manager

Full-time at Hertz China in Chengdu

B. Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)

1. Work with Labor Services to screen, interview, & recruit qualified chauffeurs.
2. Provide new-hire training for new chauffeurs & refreshing training for existing chauffeurs.
3. Closely monitor chauffeurs’ performance through working with Hertz’s customer service department and customers.
4. Conduct periodical checks & reviews of chauffeur’s vehicles & work forms.
5. Enforce Hertz standards’ compliance by chauffeurs & take necessary corrective and/or positive reinforcement measures.
6. Dispatch chauffeurs for jobs based on the company’s plan.
7. Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly audits & reports.
8. Handle chauffeur-related complaints.
9. Assist in making sure vehicles are well-maintained based on Hertz schedule.
10. Handle chauffeurs’ work scheduling & rotation.
11. Calculate chauffeur’s payroll.

(a) Average in speaking & written English to interact with foreign customer
(b) Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours/day at Minhang Center.
(c) Able to drive a car & have at least 5 years of driving experience.
(d) Willing to wear Hertz uniform & travel between every Branch.
(e) Male & female are both encouraged to apply for the job.
(f) Car rental experience (not necessarily with chauffeurs) is required.
