Job description
- Work from office in Beijing, providing training, tech. support and service for the entire country
- Hands on position that will require (80%) service and applications skills for a big international companies tightening system / production tools applications and (20%) installation and training support
- Work from Beijing, servicing and supporting the entire country, mainly for the North China
- Frequently travel from Beijing office to customer sites in China to service Automatable tightening Equipment and production tools (pneumatic and electric) of this company
- Perform system installations calibration and troubleshooting
- Work on electrical systems, mechanical motion systems, and tools
Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese
Qualifications
- College graduate in relevant field or above
- Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field
- Experienced in working on automation equipment
- Able to train customers in software applications on automation systems
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or Field Service Engineer
- Existing network of contacts within the Automotive Industry
- Working Experience with tightening machines for the Automotive Industry highly preferred
- Working experience with Siemens PLC or similar equipment a plus
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills a must
- Ability to read electrical schematics & mechanical drawings a must
- Computer literacy, using “Windows” and “MS Office”
- Effective and efficient communication skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer – focused, strong mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Willing to work and live in Beijing
