An international producer of industrial sewing and embroidery threads.
Salary:

Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China
Subordinates:
35 currently but that would be increased to 50 within 3 months.
Reporting to:
General Manager
Team size:
Nearly 40

- Telephone interviews
- Face-to-face interviews
Job description
- Effective management to FD employees
- Establish the job description for all the positions, all equipment and safety analysis in FD
- Arrange the FD production effectively
- Establish the correct finishing process
- Coordinate the relationship between FD and other department
Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above in relevant major
- Over 5 years experience in similar position
- Good knowledge and experience of thread winding and the lubrication of the thread
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Software
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Meticulous / pays attention to detail
- A strong self-initiator, punctual and precise, reliable
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin, good English preferred
- Willing to work in Huzhou
