Russian EPC Engineering company (fine chemicals and gas processing) is looking for Expert Technologist (Ineos, Innovene G/Innovene S).
Requirements:
Higher professional (technical) education
Experience and/or start-up of polyethylene production technology company INEOS (technology INNOVENE G / INNOVENE S), at least 5 years
Experience in Russian and/or international petrochemical start-up projects
Knowledge of English at least upper-intermediate (participation in meetings, work with documentation)
Possibility of control of the whole complex of works on testing and commissioning of polyethylene production
Ability to work independently. Ability to manage contractors during testing and commissioning of polyethylene production
Good knowledge of relevant computer applications and software
Duties:
Analysis of design solutions of Technip company for compliance of technical solutions of INEOS licensor taken on previous projects, and as a result the formation and issuance of recommendations for optimization of design solutions for the production of Polyethylene
Analysis of the complex of measures of readiness for start-up of Polyethylene production (the plan of commissioning, the list and filling of start-up documentation, the schedule of mobilization of participants of commissioning, the list of consumables, equipment and tools) and, as a result, receiving recommendations on adjustment of the complex of measures
Assessment of operational personnel (Engineering and technical personnel) readiness for start-up and as a result, a personnel development plan should be drawn up, a personnel assessment template developed, recommendations for the development of professional competencies of employees are formed
Together with the licensor of Ineos to conduct a pre-launch inspection of the object (polyethylene installation) and as a result to obtain a positive conclusion from the licensor of Ineos.
Check of technological systems of production of Polyethylene for MS-readiness and readiness for acceptance of environments and, as a result, issue of the conclusion about readiness for start-up of systems.
Production of polyethylene (technology of gas-phase polyethylene).
Adjustment of technological mode with achievement of design indicators.
