For our Shanghai office, we are currently looking for:
- Lifestyle Managers
Role Summary
You should have an abundance of knowledge regarding the city of Shanghai to support our forward-thinking and fast-growing catalogue of activities. You will be joining a collaborative team that provides exclusive and personalized lifestyle services to our VIP members. You will also have the opportunity to create compelling content and recommendations for our services, marketing initiatives and PR activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Communicate closely with our VIP members on a daily basis, to understand their unique profile in order to provide the most personalized concierge service.
- Work closely within our team to provide bespoke lifestyle content and recommendations for our members.
- Contact various vendors and third party agencies to arrange different requests for our VIP members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather the most up-to-date exclusive information regarding the luxury industry and lifestyle trends.
Your skills and profile:
- Profound knowledge of the luxury and lifestyle industry in Shanghai
- Strong attention to details and organization
- Self-starter with ability to make decisions with little or no supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent typing and composition skills in both English and Mandarin
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and computer skills
- Proactive, open-minded and collaborative attitude is essential
- Comfortable with multitasking and an efficient creative problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple projects, excellent time management skills
- Experience in hospitality, luxury or customer service is preferred.
