IT Project Coordinator

We are looking to hire a full-time IT coordinator for a start-up company in Shanghai. We are developing an app in the lifestyle management industry.
This position has the potential of becoming the future CTO of the company.
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant work experience as a project manager, technical lead or engineering manager creating mobile, software, or web applications.
• Experience in project management, processes development, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fundamental engineering skills across the development lifecycle. experience as an app developer is ideal.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
Primary responsibilities
• Coordinate cross-functional development teams from design through delivery of mobile app.
• Provide program leadership, transparency and accountability to the entire Technology & Products organization.
• Work with app development team and design team to define strategy, business requirements, and release schedules.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience managing technical projects including web applications, software applications, and mobile apps.
The IT project manager will be tasked with leading comprehensive development projects that include: Discovery, Development, Launch, and Support.
You will provide the structure and support the overall vision for mobile app development.
Compensation will be commensurate with the market.
