Legal Advisor (Foreign candidates based in China only)

Client introduction:
As the worldwide leading provider of excellent customer relation management, our client operates a growing number of face-to-face contact centers worldwide. They are famed for providing an exceptional standard of personal customer service with unrivaled levels of security, management control and transparency. Their operations include providing customer care, technical support and visa services to clients.
Successful candidates will work in a multi-cultural environment based in Beijing. They will be required to take various business trips abroad. The client is a major company that provides candiadtes with plentiful opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
1. To deal promptly with a range of legal matters considering both the business units’ wishes and potential legal risk
2. Drafting, revising different kinds of legal documents including but not limited to different kinds of contracts both in Chinese and English
3. Providing practical, effective and solution-based legal advice for legal matters related to typical employment
4. Investigation and research relevant new laws
5. Supporting litigation, arbitration issues
6. Other legal support as assigned
Requirements:
1. Master Degree in law
2. Working Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience as an in-house legal advisor, in a foreign invested company or as a lawyer in a law firm is preferred
3. Proficient in English, both oral & written
4. Logical thinking and legal mind; amicable and smooth communication
5. Ability to work efficiently as an individual and cooperatively within a team; and to build a good relationship with workmates
6. Proficiency with MS office
Salary and benefits:
1 Basic Salary: Proposed around 15,000CNY/month (though negotiable depending on experience)
2 Chinese national holidays
3 Working visa
