Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Beijing, China
Client introduction:
We are very pleased to have secured three positions with China’s next big e-commerce start-up. The client is reaching out to North America where they provide the latest fashion and beauty items for discounted prices. The project has received backing from Alibaba Group as well as Chinese and international angel investors.
This role offers a great opportunity to enter Beijing’s burgeoning start-up scene with a group that is going from strength to strength.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Online Advertising Team, including Facebook and mobile advertisement and data analysis.
• Drive user acquisition and media buying for Facebook and mobile shopping apps across various paid advertising channels and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Operation Team and Product Manager to define product-marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze all campaigns and channels to provide performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements and ROI optimization.
• Consumer insights, targeting, segmentation and media mix modeling.
Requirements:
• Native US citizen; currently based in China.
• Passionate about fashion and shopping.
• 3+ years of consumer marketing experience that includes online advertisement, (especially Facebook advertisement), managing campaigns, tactical implementation and data analysis.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to juggle projects across multiple channels, networks and platforms. Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel – good analytical skills with a strong results-oriented and data-driven approach.
Salary and benefits:
• 10,000 – 20,000 CNY/ month – depending on experience.
• Full working visa.
