SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert with 4+ years of experience creating and implementing full suite of CRM solutions with Siebel products.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis, and workflow analysis Technical Architecture.
• Demonstrate Siebel application knowledge e.g. Server Administration, Service Request, Sales Automation, Call Centre, Workflow Manager, Order Manager, and Marketing Applications.
• Demonstrate technical skills, with expertise in Oracle database, Siebel integration skills (EIM/EAI).
Required Skills:
- Siebel eScript, EIM, EAI, Assignment Manager, Email Integration, Workflow Policies, Server Manager, ODBC, LDAP Authentication, Siebel Communication Manager.
- Siebel Server Administration (deploying SRF, applying Siebel patches, interpreting log files).
- Proven track record of implementing Siebel solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Experience writing SQL, PL/SQL and SQL Loader.
- Experience in Siebel OBIEE and Informatica ETL tool.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a past faced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
