Billing Department Manager （Consumer Electronics B2C / B2B Wholesaler）
Company Introduction

Popular products include Mobile Phones, MIDs, Car DVD Players, Security Cameras, and LED Watches. Chinavasion products have been featured in well known gadget magazines and blogs, as well as publications such as the Wall St Journal.
The key points to be qualified for this DM job:
1. Experienced and knowledgeable in ecommerce customer support and e-payments.
2. Experienced and knowledgeable in (small company style) team leadership and direct personnel management.
3. Displays enthusiasm and potential for broader learning and career development.
MAINTENANCE points for this department:
? Short term working stability of staff, succession planning.
? Training and standard procedure enforcement.
? Authorization and control on standard approval and refund processes.
? Exception case management.
? Management reporting and inter-department communications.
? Standard communication point for Paypal and other gateway contacts.
DEVELOPMENT points for this department:
? Change the order approval workflow to be more automated and efficient.
? Project to launch credit card payments.
? Improve internal control in partnership with Finance Manager.
? Develop the manpower to be more stable and shift-based.
Work Experience:
? At least 8 years full time work in customer-facing (CS/sales/technical support) or marketing jobs.
? At least 3 years of holding a responsible management job level
? At least 3 years of work experience directly related to ecommerce.
? At least 1 job with direct responsibility for e-payments work.
? Mainland China working experience would be a benefit.
? Experience working on closely similar Paypal and ecommerce topics as Chinavasion, the closer the better.
? Good IT knowledge and experience in IT development projects is a benefit
Language Requirements:
Advanced English (no need for native speaker; good level of written English.)
Fluent Chinese. (prefer written and spoken, if spoken only, acceptable)
