Senior PHP Programmer (with English & Chinese mandarin skills)

Chinavasion Wholesale Co., Ltd (JLC Supply Chain Service Management Co., Ltd.) is seeking a talented & experienced Senior e-Commerce PHP Programmer to join a team of European programmers, who has over 5 years’ experience of PHP Programming with considerable input from colleagues in China. It is vital that the candidate have considerable high quality e-Commerce experience to be able to bring cutting edge technologies, processes and techniques to our web site and be responsive to the growing requirements from our marketing team and newly joined web designer.
Responsibilities:
• Bug fixing our current Web site and ERP system
• Perform enhancements to our systems and also as part of larger projects.
• Work based on expertise in e-commerce and ERP systems and provide expert input regarding the latest technologies, making ours a first class web site and back end system
• Contribute to project teams on web site changes and design
• Coding to a high standard, including documentation
• Provide expert PHP assistance and programming to our Systems administration team
• Be able to think logically to create code that provide solutions and enhance our website with increased functionality, speed and effectiveness
• GIT Change control
Essential Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or Science
• At least 5 years full time work in IT
• Experience working in a team environment in a company with 100 employees or more
• At least 3 year experience developing and maintaining high quality e-commerce systems
• Experience with documentation and reporting
• Experience working in project teams, if not project managing
• Hands on experience on PHP, Apache, My SQL, Linux (Incl Redhat), GIT or equivalent
• Essential knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, CSS and HTML5
• Solid experience in Hosting Providers/Cloud Computing
• Advanced English with good spoken pronunciation and good listening comprehension
• Average mandarin skills including at least listening and speaking.
Preferred Requirements:
• ERP Experience either of programming or off-the shelf (Both is better), or their constituent parts: Purchase Order System, Sales Order Processing, CRM and Warehouse Systems
• Experience working with conference calls, remote colleagues and project teams
• Experience involved in programming development projects
• Full lifecycle development experience
• DDoS protection such as Cloudflare
• Perlbal or equivalents
• Smarty, Sphinx, qCodo, qCubed or equivalents
• SSL or SSH
