Key Account Manager Needed
About Us:
LPT Enterprise Management Co. Ltd
LPT was founded in Germany in 2014. In 2019, we established the first office in mainland China, and have evolved into a comprehensive service provider in overseas education, migration, tourism and international business consultancy. Our clients are high-net-wealth Chinese families. We are looking for Key Account Manager who will work with other internal departments to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Duties
Key Account Manager handles and manages VIP clients of the company. This role will work together with internal departments (e.g. Overseas education/Immigration/Tourism/ Medical Care/SPA) to provide quality service to clients and improve client relationship.
1. Build, maintain, and continuously improve the relationship with key accounts ;
2. Act as trusted consultant for key accounts by providing recommendations regarding corporate services;
3. Monitor the services delivered to key accounts and assit in problem-solving;
4. Accompany key accounts on business trips abroad, manage their schedules, make contact with associates or co-workers in other countries to ensure everything runs smoothly"
Requirements
1. Presentable and professional-looking;
2. Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) - Must;
3. Nationality: European
4. Previous experience in hospitality or catering industry will be a bonus
5. Warm personality and strong sense of responsibility
Salary/ Benefit
16-24K/month (based on skills and experience)
Housing allowance is available.
Work permit and insurance is provided.
Work time
Work 5 days a week. 9:00am-6:00pm.
Note: This position have to work on weekends (and take weekdays off)"
Location
SHAOXING, Zhejiang Province. It is 1.5 hrs train ride from Shanghai and 19 mins from Hangzhou
