TASKS/.主要职能
•担任高级职位的专业招聘顾问（高级管理人才搜寻），与工业、汽车、房地产/建筑业、酒店/餐饮服务业、零售/时尚领域的跨国和本地客户合作
•通过内部/外部数据库，Cold Call等，搜索并确定符合高级项目资历的候选人
•与客户保持密切沟通，并对整个项目管理的各个方面负责
•面试候选人并为客户撰写报告
•安排合适的候选人接受客户面试
•在整个招聘过程中客户和候选人起协助支持的作用
•控制咨询服务过程质量
•协助高级职位的业务发展，并根据资格要求在有无指导的情况下开发和引导自己的客户
EDUCATION/.教育
•本科和/或硕士学历
•欢迎有其他培训和教育经历的申请者
COMPETENCE/.任职资格
•2-5年在招聘领域的相关工作经验（相比较于经验，更看重个性和结果）
•调查研究:
•可以为搜寻策略的制定提供想法和思路
•快速、准确地识别相关候选人，并以任务为导向精确初步执行和跟进后续面试的能力
•对市场映射的经验表示赞赏
•有Marketing mapping经验加分
•项目管理:
•项目执行阶段成功管理客户管理各个方面的经验
•候选人评估、引导候选人给客户、后续过程管理跟进（薪资谈判/入职流程）方面的经验
•业务发展:
•在业务开发过程中具有基础或有深度的经验（对于经验不足的人员，我们提供培训）
•其他技能:
•出色的沟通和组织能力，高度责任感和团队合作精神
•出色的演讲展示技巧，注重细节。
•熟练使用Microsoft Office软件，有其他IT工具的知识的加分
•灵活性和主动性
•自我激励，能够独立工作
•善于解决问题的能力
•注意准确性和细节
