Teacher Requirements
• 120 hours TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/TEACHING LICENSE or 2 years of prior teaching experience.
• Native English speakers between 20-55 years old.
• Hold a Bachelor’ s degree or above.
• Give timely, well targeted and constructive feedback to students.
• Have a love for teaching and a desire to inspire students to achieve at the highest level possible.
• Be able to operate successfully in a bi-lingual teaching environment in which important Chinese and Western cultural characteristics are
understood and respected.
• Have significant depth, breadth of knowledge, skills and understanding of your specific subject and also a passion that inspires students
to learn.
• Understand the value of generating positive professional relationships with colleagues, students and families
Salary Packages
Salary: 20,000-32,000 RMB/Month before tax
Paid Annual Leave: 10,000rmb
Paid Sick Leave: 2 days a year
Meals: Three free meals per day provided from Monday to Friday
Work Visa: Provided
Medical Insurance: Provided
Days Off: Weekends Off
Public Holidays: Paid time off
Summer/Winter Holidays: Paid time off
Other Personal Assistance: Provided

Class Size:15 to 25 kids per class
Working Hours: 8:00-12:30; 14:30-16:30
