Management Office & Corporate Headquarters, museum & concept stores for
international brands, Luxury Shopping Mall, Boutique Hotel and Arts & Cultural
center and gathers economic, commercial, travel, arts & cultural.
Job Description:
1. Etiquette reception at concierge/lounge;
2. Responsible for the overall work of the concierge and standardized service;
3. Familiar with facilities and guide to use;
4. Assist VIP guests with the guidance for the visit, including reception arrangements for
major events.
Requirements:
1. Customer-oriented service sense, friendly and kindly approachable;
2. Strong communicative and interpersonal skills;
3. Intermediate-advanced Chinese speaking competency required(at least HSK 4 above);
4. Education criteria: bachelor degree+2years work experience, or Master graduate is essential.
5. Europe or North America background due to the business concern preferred.
