In first several months, you can take some equipment design work in your home and report remotely, several months later, when everything in our company is ok (the epidemic in China is over), you can come to work in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province in China.

Since the foundation of CHS at the beginning of 2004, with years of experiences on process support, we are now proficient in all kinds of solid dosage process, including wet granulation, fluid-bed granulation, drying, milling, fluid-bed coating, dry granulation, extrusion and spheronization.
Adhere to independent research and development, we can provide total solution of closed transfer granulation line with WIP, smart granulation line with the integration of PAT technology in corporation with Innopharma and TEWS, ‘Continues granulation, Real-time release’ in corporation with Thermo Fisher Scientific, and ‘High containment granulation line’ in corporation with Ezi-Dock Systems Ltd.
Apart from the equipment, CHS also has a sophisticated team of engineers and scientists to assist with evaluation and implementation of technology packages to speed up process development, process scale up and commercial production quality. We can help to improve process understanding and implement advanced process control. We provide our customers with full support of finding the best solutions to improve process stability and product quality.
Job Title: Capsule Filling Machine Design Master
Office Location: Changzhou, Jiangsu, China
Reporting to: the General Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for design of production-size Capsule Filling Machine
- Responsible for building the technical team
- Train and cultivate engineering staff
- Lead the team to tackle technical troubles
- BOM and quality standard files preparation
- Participate in the new production commissioning and support mass production
- Control of the design progress, materials and cost
Qualifications:
- Familiar with capsule filling machine principle, structure and material
- Knowledge of processing technic and manufacturing would be better
- Over 10 years of capsule filling machine design experiences, at least lead a technical team for designing a capsule filling machine for 5 years.
- Related mechanical enterprise in Germany/Italy/Britain working background, working experience in famous companies such as Fette/ Korsch/Manesty/GEA/IMA/Kilian (Romaco Pharmatechnik GmbH) etc. is preferred
Salary Package: Negotiable, according to your qualifications and experiences
