Academic Coordinator

Our client is a British Education group running a UK university foundation programme in conjunction with one high school in Beijing and two in the upcoming academic school year. Due to expansion in existing centre and opening of new ones, they are recruiting an Academic Manager/Coordinator whose role will be responsible for overseeing the three centres in various locations.
As the Academic Manager/Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible to design and implementation of the academic program, outgrow the students retention, and directly and indirectly managing various centres in Beijing, Shanghai and Wenzhou for the overall management of all matters; ensuring the quality of all centres and follows the structured curriculum. Working closely with other a group of professionals, you will evaluate these centres’ performance, students’ retention and staff training and recruitment, as well as making sure resources are efficiently and effectively used in all centres. The school would prefer an educator who is fluent in Computer Technology such as Blackboard or Moodle Learning Management System and a plus if you speak conversational Mandarin.
