JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the success and quality of the translation process
• Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations
• Help improve the defined language processes as we create more automation and gather information
• Ability to learn to work with customer internal tools
• Translator will also be trusted to maintain a high degree of translation from native language to English language only.
Requirements:
Translator must atleast speak any of these languages; Spanish, French, Indonesian, Dutch, German, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Vietnamese and Afrikaan.
These incumbent/candidate who joins us will be supporting international markets that would include the countries where the above languages are spoken.
Documentation support & research• Basic project skills
• MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High analytical and research skills
• Quick learning and understanding of processes
• Experience with social networking (or similar programs)
• Good Analytical & Coordination skills are essential.
