Overseas Social Media Operation Specialist

Job description:
1. Responsible for the operation and activiness of TRON’s overseas social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.;
2. Responsible for content creation and promotion campaigns on these platforms;
3. Responsible for translating posters, tweets, etc.;
4. Assist other routine operational work;
5. Collect and organize comments, feedback and replies on the company’s products or technology from Chinese and overseas communities, follow up these issues in a timely manner;
6. Investigate and analyze user habit, sentiment and experience, identify hot topics, capable of designing a featured campaign.
Requirement:
1. Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree or above;
2. Proven experience and competence in running social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter;
3. Basic design and video editing skills, familiar with PS, AI, or Premiere;
4. Understand overseas users and market trend; good at analyzing customer demand and implementation;
5. Outgoing, creative, responsible, heavy social media user, critical thinker, quick learner, good team player.
