--Job description:

--Job requirement:
1. Degree:Master or Higher,Bachelor
2. Certificate: TEFL,TESOL,TESL,CELTA,DELTA,Other ESL Certificates
3. Years experience:2-3 YEARS
4. Working hours:2 days a week,less than 10 hours per week
5. English level:pure accent
--Responsibility:
1. Prepare and deliver courses and lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on topics such as English listening and speaking, reading and writing, English-Chinese translation and interpretation, English literature and culture.
2. You can continue with your own journey. It is suitable for the Teacher would like to travel around China or looking for other oppotunties. It will be great you work at a Famous University of China. and have a good Title under your career history • Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
3. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
4. Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. • Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues. • Participate in campus events and student recruitment. • Compile bibliographies of specialized materials for outside reading assignments. • Supervise undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, internship, dissertation writing and research work.
--Salary＆How to pay:
￥6000-13000/month via bank transfer or others
--Benefits:
1. Bonus system a. Contract completion bonus: 3,000-15,000 RMB; b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1,500 RMB c. Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH d. Quarterly bonus: 0-6,000 RMB depending on performance.
2. Allowance system a. Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month; b. Round trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first month salary) + 6,000 RMB (paid with the last month salary)
3. Other benefits a. Visa support: provide legal working residence permit; b. Medical& accident insurance; c. Paid holiday:15 days public holiday +14 days annual leave（including days off）
