The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Job Description:
Identifying, developing and securing business opportunities for the company through different channels;
Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal for guiding client the most appropriate solution for entering into the China market
Business negotiation, contract preparing and close deals both individually and as a team with the potential leads
Create and conduct efficient sales plan within the overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets;
Developing business partnerships through understanding your client’s needs and identifying new business opportunities;
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
1-2 years business development experiences in B2B industry, experiences in human resource outsourcing, corporate formation, tax & accounting is a plus.
Strong customer orientation and sales minded
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional presentation, able to negotiate complex business solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Goal oriented, facilitation, presentation and demonstration skills
Proficient in English, Native English speaker preferred
