Role Overview
We are opening a new school in the heart of Shanghai’s Jing’an District, and we’re looking for a passionate, caring, adaptable Assistant Guide (Teacher) to support our toddler classroom.

Qualifications
Fluent English speaker
Experience working with toddlers in a group care setting
Passion for or desire to learn the Montessori method of education
Ability to work well with other adults
Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
Ability to embrace and exemplify Guidepost Montessori Core Values
Possess or Qualify for a China Work Visa (details in application)
