Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant who can work part-time, with a minimum commitment for a 6-month contract. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to develop engaging content for The Flower Wall Company. The position contributes to building our brand awareness, community engagement, growing the audience and retaining loyal customers. Job Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Engage with online community and responds to comments and requests.
• Assist in managing company social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram,
• Work closely with management to develop new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
• Works with team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
• Report social media activity and community engagement metrics, with a focus on optimization for better performance
• Responsible for contents writing of company website
• Manage and develop databases
• Photograph product for website and marketing channels
REQUIREMENTS
• BA in Business, Marketing, or Communications
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills; Good command of Chinese language(speaking)
• 2 – 4 years of work experience in marketing or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Strong eye for design, videography, photography and copywriting, and ability to create compelling digital content on the fly; Photoshop experience is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and deadline-driven
• Flexible and adaptable; able to switch between different audiences and efforts with ease
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Working Place: FFC
BENEFITS：
• 6000 to 8000 RMB monthly base salary depends on experience, plus bonus
