Sales Manager

Job Description
• Establish contact with existing and prospective customers.
• Face-to-face meetings with customers and qualified prospects.
• Prepare & conduct product & service presentations, handle negotiations and establish credit worthiness
• Collaborate with Customer Service to enhance commitment & understand the needs of the clients
• Assist in planning local retail & commercial related trade shows and exhibitions
• Attend trade shows and participate in retail & commercial related education and training conferences
• Other duties as assigned
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Complete sales task
• Develop new customer
• Current customer satisfaction
• New product promotion effectiveness
Skills/Personal Profile
• French, German, Italian, Spanish nationals with a university degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of commission-based direct sales, new business development or customer service experience in retail, furniture markets, or similar background.
• Fluency in Mandarin & English
• Excellent communications and PowerPoint presentation skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic market with pressure, competition and long sales cycles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
