Your Qualification & Skills:
German/European, Male/Female min. age 40 years and Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics / Chemistry or related fields.
Experience in Project management of minimum 10 years, preferably working with industrial consumables
Experience in Production control / Process control / QC is a plus
Initiative, willing to work on own responsibility and accountability
Ability to work in a fast pace and with entrepreneurial thinking
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
Management experienced, advanced in communication, Problem solving, Negotiation and Analytical skills
Advanced with computer programmes; Microsoft Office and Outlook etc.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Pleasant personality and able to frequently travel
Responsibility:
Project Management and local support for the Production joint venture partner in Foshan / China
Sales & Marketing support for the local distribution partner
Initiate, manage and monitor overall Sales to achieve targets of sales growth for the company in the region
Develop and communicate strategic goals
Control and supervise production
Implement initiatives and processes to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
Support processes concluded between Headquarters and the production site
