Indian Human Resource Manager

Xian Hua Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has a total of more than 350 employees, the company has risk control, data, products, technology, operation and customer service departments. Our business is to build a credit data service platform using Internet social big data credit technology based on advanced risk control system through comprehensive use of Internet data technology combined with big data and user social network.
Now we’re in great need of an Indian Human Resource Manager.
Office Location: Gurgaon, New Delhi, India
Job Description
• Identify the recruiting needs and qualifications required to target the right potential candidates
• Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles
• Management of recruitment approval process, working closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly
• Prepare related HR reports as required
• Other tasks from supervisor as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in HR full function
• Working experience in multinational companies, preferred IT industry background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
