Position: Customer Consultant and Product Introduction
Location: Hefei.
Salary: 10000-12000 RMB.
Accommodation: negotiable.
Working days: from Monday to Friday.
Job description: provide consulting service and be able to introduce the product.
Details:
-Implement the process and service standard of the company's purchasing guidance service, and do a good job of reception, consultation, guidance and other services according to the company's requirements；
-According to the customer needs, provide consulting services such as product brand, category, style and characteristics, or coordinate with relevant personnel in the shopping mall to provide services, accompany customers shopping according to requirements；
-Answer the inquiry call from the general service desk of the shopping mall, answer the questions according to the standard speech skills and record them well；
-Responsible for audio recording of shopping mall holidays and activities according to broadcasting workflow and standards；
-Responsible for receiving customer returns and after-sales complaints, and timely handing over to relevant departments for processing；
-Responsible for the related work of the post of the department store operation and service.；
-Cooperate with related photographs, videos, audio and other shooting and recording work in the company for enterprise publicity.
-Maintain timely working communication with department superiors and internal staff (including not limited to Wechat, Telephone, SMS and meeting, face-to-face communication) and make good handover during breaks.
