German Speaking Relocation Specialist

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented and a problem-solver. This position requires a lot of differents skills, therefore the most important resquirement for you is the willingness to learn new skills.
• Fluent in German and English (min basics in Chinese)
• Highly organized, self motivated
• Familiar with the Expat community in Beijing
• Proficient in MS Offwice (Excell, PPT, Word, Outlook)
• 2+ years of working experience
• Bachelor degree
• Photoshop skills are a big plus
Your tasks
The Relocation Specialist is the face of CityWise to the public and the manager of each client's relocation experience. The main tasks include following points with an additional strong focus on Marketing and Business Development:
• Coordination will all parties (client/HR department/CityWise agent)
• Customer relationship
• Provide orientation tours (Expat community/environment, international medical facilites, international schools, shopping aread, etc)
• Participate in Marketing and Business Development activities
• Responsible for Marketing material (property proposal, blogs, prints, social media, etc.)
