Our management is French and our multi-cultural team includes colleagues from China, France, Italy, Mexico, and Philippines.
Job Type: Full-time Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily office administration and assistant work
Assist our mangers in daily tasks of communicating with clients and manufacturers, work on projects with our team
Creative research and collect target data for target customers
Computer-based work– like internet research, establishing price-lists and databases which needed by the team
Qualifications
Native Chinese (speaking, writing, reading)
Very good English level
Motivated, energetic team player
Accurate and efficient data management
Effective verbal and communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities
Good work skill with excel and other office software
Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail
Able to cope with pressure
