Customer Service Supervisor / Representatives

Jemex Ideas (HK) is currently looking for Customer Service Supervisor / Representatives

Requirement:
1. Fluency in both Chinese and English (If you’re only fluent in Chinese, you may also apply to be CN CSR)
2. Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
3. Proficient in MS Office applications and web application
4. Possess pleasant, yet assertive telephone personality with good listening skills
5. Analytical, problem solving skills

Duites & Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and provide customer satisfaction
2. Address customer inquiries to resolution
3. Monitor and test system backend
4. Manage problem escalation through to problem resolution
5. Provide training to customers over phone/Zoom
6. Complete the work assigned of the day in time

Location: Shanghai, Huangpu District
Time & Schedule: From March to July, 2019, daily work schedule may vary
Salary: RMB 4500 -7500 (Designated based on experience and position)
