1. Taking the responsibility to teach students. Giving English classes to the students aged 3-12. One foreign teacher has a local teacher to assist.
2. If you have no classes during working time, we will practice the demo and warm up classes with the other teachers. Sometimes we have meetings and activities.
3. Supervising tests, including placement, unit, midterm and final tests.
4. The foreign teacher will be at the center for 43 hours every week.
The working time are 40 hours, 15 office hours and 25 teaching hours, 3 hours are for meals and breaks.
Our working time, Monday-Friday：1:00 pm-8:00pm. Saturday-Sunday：9:00am-5:00pm. We offer 2 days off.
Your 2 days off will be arranged from Monday to Friday depends on the center working time schedule and class timetable.
5. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and Center Director within the working hours.
6. If you have no relevant work experience, we can give you professional training.
Employment package:
1. One month probation
2. Full-time basic salary: negotiable native English speakers: 18k-25k.
3. Bonus
4. Free accommodations. If foreign teachers don’t need our apartment, we also can offer 1000 RMB as housing allowance.
5. After one year, we offer 6000 RMB fly ticket allowance and 4 paid days off.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least two-year work experience about teaching English.
3. Both native and non-native English speakers are available. We appreciate non-native English speakers who have a great English accent or have TEFL/TESOL certificate.
4. If you have TEFL or TESOL certificate, we can loosen the requirement about relevant work experience.
5. Comfortable and patient around kids.
