SALARY AND BENEFITS:
+ Base salary including housing allowance (fixed scale, non negotiable):
- 21,000 RMB (new teacher with BA)
- 22500 -25000 RMB (BA + TEFL+ years of official teaching experience)
+ DEMO LESSON BONUS on top- 60 RMB for one student signing up
+ FREE FLIGHT TICKET to China
+ RELOCATION BONUS of 9,500 RMB - get this amount with the first month payment.

TEACHING ENVIRONMENT:
- Student age: 3 - 14 years old
- Ideal class size: 6-10 students/class
- 5 working day with only 16 teaching hours, 16 office hours and 4 training hours per week
- Local Teaching assistant in each class.
