Eastern European Investment Salesperson

Paragon Partners Asia is a boutique private equity firm specializing globally in cross-border Asian investment, with a current investment size of 5m to 50m USD. Paragon Partners Asia is currently searching for an experienced full-time Eastern European investment salesperson that has great marketing and sales skills for our European investment visa project based in Shanghai, China.
We are searching for candidates that are curious, determined, very fast learners, intelligent and resourceful. Your previous experience in investment sales will have given you the tools to familiarize yourself with the details of complex investments, identify and overcome objections, build sales funnel and most importantly close deals and reach your sales target. A minimum of two years proven track record in investment sales is required. Should have an intermediate proficiency level in Chinese language skill, higher levels of proficiency are a plus. Must have willingness to travel frequently in China and occasionally outside of China is required. Must be an Eastern European with EU citizenship and have fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum two years sales experience with proven performance track record
• Intermediate Level Spoken Chinese
• Advanced/Fluent Level Spoken and Written English and Mandarin
• Eastern European with a EU Citizenship Strongly Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Driven, Self-Motivated, Goal oriented
• Positive, friendly, can-do attitude, work well with others
• Ability to work independently towards a goal, efficiently managing time and resources.
• Proficiency in business software, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Benefits:
• 100,000 USD+ compensation /yearly heavily weighted towards performance targets. Base pay is provided.
• Travel expenses covered
