Only 147 kilometers from Bangkok, Pattaya is the closest of Thailand's major beach resorts to the capital city. Pattaya is always switched on and fun. This vibrant coastal city shot to fame in early 1980s, and stayed there. From sunrise to sunset, Pattaya’s beaches are constantly brimming with life, as watersport lovers and sun worshippers take to the waters. After dark, the action shifts to the streets, as revellers explore its electrified nightlife scene, where drinking and partying continue until dawn.

Founded in 2000, MediaKids Academy is a Thai organization that aims to improve the English language skills of Thai children by implementing an ‘English taught by Native Speakers’ program for public schools across the country. As a placement agency, we have contracts with over seventy schools nationwide and have placed over one thousand foreign teachers in the last few years.

4. Requirements:
Teachers from native English speaking countries
Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
ESL teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL,CELTA) OR a teaching certificate
No experience? No problem! We have a subsidized TEFL course called GoTEFL (www.goteflthailand.com) that provides you with 6 real in-class teaching practicum with Thai students for a full class period. So you will learn the art of ESL teaching in addition to the hands-on practice of teaching in Thailand.
