Job Description:
- Work as a core member of the marketing team, supporting our social media efforts. Work hand in
hand with the operational team.
- Develop and Implement China focussed social media strategy.
- Responsible for operating WeChat official accounts alongside other social media and content
platforms (Weibo, DouYin, LinkedIn, Baidu ZhiDao...) to build a highly engaged targeted audience
and bring quality traffic to our sites.
- Regularly analyze marketing channels and optimize performance.
- Create and deliver unique, genuine and well thought out content that helps to advance towards our
branding, marketing, and sales goals.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across all relevant
channels.
- Keep up with the latest trends and developments of the Chinese and global digital landscape.
- Develop a deep understanding of our followers and our customer base.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of social media and digital marketing experience
- Great verbal and visual communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Loves new media in all shapes and form.
- Stays on the top of the latest trends.
- Tech savvy.
- Ability to build a highly engaged audience.
- Bachelor (or master) degree in marketing or communication-related subjects
- Passionate about art, culture, and media.
- Creative problem solver who dares to think outside the box.
- Strong sense of responsibility and motivated to learn and try new things.
- Punctual, efficient and loves working in an exciting and innovative international environment.
- Fun person to work and hang out with.
Salary:
10 - 15k Negotiable, based on experience.
