Sales Manager – Eastern Region, China ( Plastic Industry)

PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
Chinese, 10 years experience in plastic industries with extensive sales experience and proven success. Preferably with automotive industry background. Fluent in English. Most likely aged 30 to 40.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop sales forecast and meeting assigned sales quota.
• Penetrate new accounts, new markets and new applications. Develop with customer on the financial justification and technical evaluation of the applications.
• Develop strong relationship with existing installed base. Validate and promote both economic and performance benefits of the MuCell Molding process to the various levels of decision makers at end user and supplier organization.
• Manage and co-ordinate all mold trials and the part qualification process throughout both end user and supplier organizations.
• Work with the support team to make sure customer satisfaction and success in deploying MuCell Technology.
• Communicate market requirements with the USA technical and marketing staff.
• Extensive traveling in China.
SKILL AND ABILITIES
• Preferably a Chinese residing in Shanghai surrounding region ( Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Kunshan, Wuxi, .. )
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant sales experience; with strong networks in the plastic molding industries. Preferably with direct working experience in automotive companies or serving the automotive industries.
• A solid knowledge of the plastic industries in understanding the application, engineering, design and manufacturing process.
• Degree in preferably Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering
• Significant experience working effectively with senior management and technical staff
• Customer oriented individual with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good Mandarin and English
• Confident, independent and mature professional who like to work in a dynamic environment.
• A team player with strong co-operation with the engineering and support staff.
