Product manager

We are looking for a professional Product Manager in the electronic manufacturing industry to plan and coordinate our organisation’s operations in Shenzen. Product Manager will be responsible for: improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies and monitoring the production. He will manage the suppliers and other related staff. We value experience in the QA planning and audio industry (Bluetooth speakers, headphones etc).
RESPONABILITIES:
• Ensure that the products are manufactured in a correct, cost effective manner by respecting the specifications, quality requirements and the timeline
• Coordinate laboratory testing, verifies certification
• Perform quality controls
• Improvement of operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational best functionality
• Purchase materials,makes plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
• Sourcing and evaluating new potential suppliers
• Collect feedback and requirements from partners, submit all data and reports to internal teams
Responsabilities:
• Proficient language: English & Chinese. Fluent English is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proven work experience as operations manager.
• Basic knowledge of electronics/bluetooth speakers
• Leadership and organisational skill
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
• General knowledge of manufacturing industry
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Ability to represent Kalium Lab's concerns in meetings with manufacturing partners and also provide valuable feedback to improve the partnership experience.
