Salary and Benefits: 1. Monthly Salary Package: up to 2, 500 USD(18, 000 RMB) (depend on your performance and experience)2. Demo Bonus: 1% of sign-up amount (our demo teachers can usually gain 150-700 USD( 1,000- 4,000 RMB)/month)3. Airfare bonus: 1,000 U SD (6,000 RMB after contract completed -Incentive Bonuses for extra teaching hours)4. Contract Renewal bon us: up to 1,000 USD (6,000 RMB)5. Airplane ticket to China6. Settle in allowance 2,000 USD (12,000 RMB)7. Social Insurance: we provide the same type social insurance for all f oreign employees same like other Chinese employee. Working Hours & Holiday: 40 hours per week, two days-off5-10 paid annual leave days1 paid holiday for Christmas plus 11 Chinese public holidays Job Description: -Kids age: not only 5-15 years old kids but also teenagers and adults-Class Size: English lessons with no more than 8 students p er class-Courses: materials from Pearson Education
