ESL Teaching with Web Happy Goal

I.
Salary and Benefits Package
• For fully qualified candidates, 15000+ RMB / month
•7,000 RMB annual flight allowance after one-year commitment

II.
Working schedules and details :
Working 36 hours per week, 17 teaching hours included, 22 classes per week, 45 min/class
Mon - Thu 3:00-8:00 p.m.,
Friday 12:00 - 8:00 p.m.,
Saturday &Sunday 9:00-6:00p.m.
Off days: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday
In total, 36 working hours per week. If one hour of lunch break on Saturday and Sunday deducted, there will be only 34 working hours per week
Student Ages: 3-12, mainly kindergarten level
Teaching assistance: a Chinese tutor will be accompanying the foreign teacher in class for delivering the lesson together

Requirements:
Native English speakers (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa). According to Chinese government working visa policy
B.A. or above - Education, Linguistics or English majors are preferred.
TEFL 120 hours or 2 years of associated experience
Able to pass the clear criminal check and health check for working visa application
22-45 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Teaching English to kids in China aged 3 – 12 in groups of 8-12 students， most from 3-6 years old
• Planning and delivering lessons based on pre-written lesson plans and multi-media materials provided
• Organizing social and cultural activities with Chinese colleagues
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Participating in social activities, class preparation seminars and marketing promotion activities
