Job Description
San Gabriel Kids English Center is a professional American owned English Tutoring Organization. We provide high quality English tutoring instruction services to daycare kids from 0-3years, and English learner ages 3-8 years old. We are committed to the introduction of American advanced English teaching materials, teaching concept, teaching mode and teaching method.
We have a big ,warm family including one headmaster who lives in America, and an other one who studied in Australia before, we also have other foreign teachers, Chinese teachers, caregivers and receptionist. We provide you a comfortable environment for both living and working, and also the opportunities to learn Mandarin. It is fun teaching here. You will be loved by your pretty students, and admired by the parents. Chinese teachers will prepare classes with you together every week before classes. And a Chinese teacher will be with you while you are teaching in class. It is warm living here. Our family members help each other, no matter what problem you meet, they are ready to help you.
For many years, we have developed a professional team that focuses on the research and growth of teaching materials and books of children. So we have our own brand of books and teaching materials for 0-3year daycare kids, 3-8 years old English learners, and reading circle library, now we have the first kids English center in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province of China. The school located in the most business street of city near Baiyun mountain, Lishui means "Beautiful mountain and river. It is convenient to walk to the Wandi square shopping mall, and the Chinese and western restaurant, cafe and pub are all around there, all the foreign teachers love to visit there, and we have foreign teachers group from different countries, we gather together and communicate every week, even every day after work. Here attracts lots of people come to work , study and traveling. There are lots of beautiful scenery like Baiyun Mountain and Nanming Lake and Guyan art village Also there are famous places of interests in the 9 counties of Lishui city like gold mine in Suichang, terrace fields in Yunhe. Besides, there are lots of food and products are famous around the word, like Tea town in Songyang, Mushroom Town in Qingyuan, Celadon and sword in Longquan and so on. It is very convenient to travel around other cities like Wenzhou city, Hangzhou city and Shanghai city by high-speed rail in weekends. Working in San Gabriel Kids English Center not only tasting delicious food, seeing beautiful scenery and experiencing different culture but also earn money.
Qualification and skills of teacher:
1. Full time foreign English teachers.
2. Bachelor Degree or above.
3. Fluent American English, Good pronunciation.
4. TEFL/TESOL ( To be done in own Country).
5. Working experience: 1 year and above.
6. Love and enjoy working with children especially little kids.
7. Highly reliable, interaction, outgoing, like challenges, love of learning, patient, genetic, passionate and cheerful.
Working requirements:
1. Teaching for 0-3 years old daycare kids.
2. Teaching for 3-8 years old English learners: 7:45-11:45AM, 1:45-4:45PM from Mon- Fri.
3. Teaching ESL English as a Second Language: 2:00-9:00PM 5days/week.
4. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development.
5. Supervising test and exams and giving level tests.
6. Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance.
7. Counseling students.
8. Correct and be response of homework of students in the group, and do well communication with parents.
9. Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s).
10. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school.
11. Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school.
12. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off.
13. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and Center Director in his/her working hours.

Benefits:
1. 2 days off of/week, flexible working time), overtime will calculate accordingly.
2. Salary: 10K-15K.
3. Teachers have the right to have statutory holidays (New Year's day, the tomb-sweeping day, labor day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn festival, National Day). 9-15 days paid annual leave every year of spring festival.
4. Provide apartment.
5. Provide medical and accident insurance.
6. Flight reimbursement: .
7. A bonus will be issued every six month based on teacher’s performance and the result of the Satisfactory Survey.
9. Bonus will be paid if contract is renewed for another year.
