Kindergarten English Teacher

Each teacher is assigned a dedicated recruiter, visa handler, and specialist. These team members are responsible for teachers’ recruitment, visa handling, and work and life in China respectively.
Working and living in China, while massively rewarding, can also be a bit of challenge, with many cultural, regulatory and organizational differences that can surprise or frustrate many foreigners. Stemming from our extensive experience in handling these challenges, we believe it is essential to provide foreign teachers with professional dedicated support to ensure they are comfortable and happy and able to do their best work.
Kindergarten English teacher
Locations: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan
Monday to Friday
20 teaching hours per week
Deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons to students
Ensure equal participation of all students
Complete all administrative tasks promptly
Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
Attend school activities, parties, and other events
Salary and Benefits
10,000 to 12,000 RMB base salary
Additional 500 to 2,000 RMB monthly position allowance
2,000 to 3,000 RMB monthly housing allowance (depending on location)
6,000 RMB contract renewal bonus
Upfront paid flight after submitting visa paperwork or up to 5,000rmb flight ticket reimbursement after arrival
TEFL reimbursement (if going through our recommended program)
Airport pickup, bank card, phone card, and apartment rental assistance
5,000 RMB free interest loan option after passing company requirements
Legal work (Z) visa support
Social and accident insurance provided
Free Chinese lessons and teacher training
Sponsored cultural events and activities
30 days vacation with half paid salary and full housing allowance
Requirements
1.Between the age of 18 and 55
2.Citizen of one of the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
3.Bachelor's Degree or above
4.120 hour TEFL certificate required
