Marketing Analyst

The proposed vacancy is open in the largest petrochemical company in Russia.

Candidate requirements:
• 1-3 years of successful experience in marketing / procurment in Petrochemical industry;
• Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and multitasking abilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous issues from different customers; excellent problem solving and report writing skills; excellent English language skills (required), Chinese language skills (required); Russian language skills (preferable);
• Able to work in a fast paced environment; willingness to expand knowledge base; opened to changes; ready for cooperation and teamwork;
• Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal team and partners; advanced listening, analysis, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to process large volumes of information;
• Competence in different tools and techniques for marketing research and analysis.
Following tasks:
• Development, preparation and implementation of purchasing strategies in Asia according to the categories, management of implemented policies;
• Review of the efficiency of products procurement in Asia (profitability, potential of the profit growth); provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of current procurement (regions, providers, pricing policies etc);
• Negotiation with suppliers and internal customers to clarify requirements;
• Approval of the counterparty selection;
• Scheduling of the internal and external tenders, praparation for procurement tenders; analysis of the previous procurements;
• Maintain an appropriate market prices database.
